Do I pay on the website?

No. Nothing is charged on the website. We first confirm the price and date with you, and you pay only after you say yes.

I sent my request. What now?

If you chose Instagram, paste the message we copied into our chat and send it. If you chose "Reach out to me", we'll contact you on the phone, Instagram or email you gave us.

Can any charm be made as earrings, a keychain or a magnet?

Yes. Every charm can be made as earrings, a necklace, keychain, phone charm, shoe charm, fridge magnet, bookmark or lapel pin. For a few big charms, like platters, earrings are something we discuss with you first.

Can I change something after I send it?

Yes. Just tell us. You can change details any time before we start making your piece.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in India, with tracking.

How long does it take?

Making takes a minimum of 5 working days, and shipping within India takes a further 3 working days. Custom pieces can take a little longer.
