Policies

Shipping & delivery

Every piece is made to order. Making takes a minimum of 5 working days, and shipping within India takes a further 3 working days. We ship pan-India via a trusted courier and share tracking with you.

Refunds & cancellations

Because each piece is personalised, orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before we start sculpting.

Terms & privacy

By placing an order you confirm you have the right to share the photos you send. We use your photos and contact details only to make and deliver your order, and we post finished pieces on Instagram only with your permission.
